How can I view and buy the previous products?
You can view all our previous products in Product Gallery page. For easy viewing, we have segregated all the products monthly-wise. Unfortunately, you cannot buy the previous products as we are One Day, One product website. We may repeat our popular products, so to keep a track on our products subscribe to our newsletter.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
2-6 days depending on your location.
What if I don't receive it on time?
A non delivery could be due to few reasons. It could be because of wrong address or non availability of someone to pick the item at a given place. Our courier partners will leave you a contact note. You can make a time for them to visit you again to deliver the product. Whatever happens, you can always be rest assured your product is being tracked.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your product leaves our doors we will mail you a tracking no. You could go onto www.firstflight.net and enter your tracking number to track your product. Ensure that you keep a note of the tracking number once an item is ordered.
What if I don't like what I have received, what do I do?
Thankfully you are a customer of Aajkacatch.Com. If you find a product that's not up to your expectation then email us at info@aajkacatch.com and we will either replace the product or offer a similar solution. It's our endeavor to ensure that your satisfaction is paramount.
How do you decide the posting charges if I order more than one product?
Usually posting charges are based on the product type and location of the customer. The more bulky the product and denser your location the more will be the postage and handling charges. The good news is that before you complete a purchase we exactly tell you how much it will cost you for postage. So you are aware of the cost all along. As we always say "You will always get what you see."
What can I do if I want to have a look at my purchase history with AKC?
Aajkacatch lets you view all your products that you have purchased on our site. You can find this information in My Account Section.
What if the products or broken or damaged during transit?
If the product is broken or damaged and it can be ascertained that damage happened during the transit we will ensure you are duly compensated for the product. Just send us an email to info@aajkacatch.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
